From 1958 to future generations Alpha Program.

Within the scope of our Borusan Alpha Young Talent Program, which we have been carrying out since 1991 and has won an international award from The Peer Awards for Excellence, we raise the leaders of the future by bringing and developing new graduates with high potential to the Borusan Group. We evaluate students who can complete their undergraduate or graduate education in the June/July period of the current year and apply evaluation tools to measure the potential of the candidates. We support new graduates, who are hired full-time after the evaluation, on their path to becoming future leaders by including them in a 2-year structured development program.

Alpha Internship Program

Within the scope of our Borusan Alpha Internship Program, we consider 3rd and 4th year university students or graduate students as long-term interns. During this program, students continue their education while doing their internship 2 or 3 days a week. Our Alpha interns learn, develop, take part in projects and make contributions together with experienced Borusan employees from the first day of their internship, thus starting their careers one step ahead.

We make sure to evaluate graduating interns for the Borusan Alpha Young Talent Program and support them to continue their Borusan journey.
