Borusan Academy
We believe that one of the important criteria for being one step ahead in competitive advantage is the training and development of a well-educated workforce integrated with the company. For this purpose, Borusan Group brings together all training and development activities under the roof of Borusan Academy.
The purpose of establishing Borusan Academy is to create opportunities for Borusan employees to best demonstrate their performance and potential and to improve themselves. In the training and development programs prepared at Borusan Academy; we help our employees with their personal development, enrich their knowledge, skills and competencies and reflect their gains on business results.
The mission of Borusan Academy is to train business leaders who will realize organizational transformation with a high-performance culture through programs that are strategy-oriented, compatible with values, target high quality, and ensure continuity of development.
In line with this mission, Borusan Academy meets the training and development needs of all Borusan employees on a wide platform with its joint programs. Borusan employees can participate in all programs they need for their personal development at Borusan Academy within the scope of their development plans. They can be included in faculties and joint programs if they are compatible with the determined profiles.
Leadership Academy
As Borusan Group grows, human resources requirements are also increasing day by day. It was established to create a large part of this need among our own employees, to train business leaders who determine strategy by managing information, mobilize resources for results, continuously improve themselves and their teams and manage change in Borusan Group under changing conditions.
The program, which is completed in 3 levels and in 6 years from the beginning, is enriched with Pre-MBA equivalent courses and Borusan Group-specific business practices, and is carried out in cooperation with Sabancı University, with the contribution of expert instructors, special guests and speakers.
Borusan Pipe TechStation
TechStation is Borusan Pipe’s internal training platform. It includes both online and physical training programs under eight main training titles. It hosts a wide range of programs and training for our colleagues' personal and professional development. It develops and offers additional training programs by defining needs or according to incoming demands.
Over 11,000 training sessions on ten subjects are available to all our colleagues on the online training portal.
