At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on April 29, 2025, it was resolved to appoint Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi as the independent auditor of our Company for the fiscal period between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
